CAAA Rating Seminar 2013

Mr. Frank P. Diaz, CDMS presented at the California Applicant Attorneys’ Association (CAAA) 2013 Rating Seminar in Monterey, California on December 9, 2013. Mr. Diaz’ presentation, “How to Use a Vocational Expert in the SB863 World,” covered the Changes to California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Division 1, Chapter 4.5. Division of Workers’ Compensation, Subchapter 1.9. Rules of the Court Administrator & Subchapter 2. Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board-Rules of Practice and Procedure, Vocational Experts’ reports being used as evidence, Le Boeuf, Vocational Causation, and how to get your Vocational Expert paid. The presentation, which was well attended, was considered informative and timely by the attendees.
