Frank Diaz presented at the 2023 CAAA Rating Seminar!

Mr. Frank P. Diaz, CDMS presented at the California Applicant Attorneys’ Association (CAAA) 2023 Rating Seminar in person in Monterey, California. The presentation was on ‘Addressing Apportionment to Ensure Proper Disability Ratings after Nunes v. State of CA DMV.’ Mr. Diaz presented on December 3, 2023 alongside Commissioner Joe Capurro, Michael Fujinaka, Alan Gurvey and Mark Gearheart. In this presentation, they discussed vocational disability in review of medical apportionment.
