Effective January 1, 2025 the fees charged by Diaz and Company, Inc. for
Vocational Expert and related services are as follows:
1. Professional Services and Related Travel Time: $275.00 per hour
2. Testimony at Hearings, and Trials: $325.00 per hour
3. Rush Report Hourly Fee for Professional Services and Related Travel Time: $325.00 per hour
4. Retainer Fee: $2,000.00 per case
5. Preliminary On-the-Record Report Retainer Fee: $500.00 per case
6. Rush Report Retainer Fee: $3,000.00 per case
*(Rush Report is when report is due within 30 days or less from date of
completed Vocational Evaluation)
7. All retainer fees are due at the time of referral prior to commencement of any
services.
8. Depositions are scheduled for a minimum of two (2) hours ($550.00).
9. Missed appointments and cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of an
appointment, deposition, or court appearance are billed at the time reserved.

Mr. Diaz presented on August 16, 2024 with the distinguished Dr. Yolanta Petrofsky, Dr. Bobbie McDonald, and Dr. Jacob Rosenberg. In this presentation, they discussed the use of the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT) and Department of Labor’s definitions regarding exertional force and frequency of motion to aid doctors in establishing functional limitations for injured workers in orthopedic, psychiatric/psychological, and in pain medicine reporting.

Diaz & Company is increasing their Retainer Fee.
Effective March 1, 2024, Diaz & Company will be increasing their retainer fee payment to $2,000.00. Diaz & Company has not increased their retainer fee in over a decade. The retainer fee payments are required at the onset of case referral. Upon receipt of your referral form and retainer fee payment, we will begin processing your case for a Vocational Evaluation and Vocational Opinion Report.
