Effective January 1, 2025 the fees charged by Diaz and Company, Inc. for
Vocational Expert and related services for Personal Injury and Civil Cases are as
follows:
1. Professional Services and Related Travel Time: $375.00 per hour
2. Testimony at Depositions, Hearings, and Trials: $425.00 per hour
3. Rush Report Hourly Fee for Professional Services and Related Travel Time: $475.00 per hour
4. Retainer Fee: $3,000.00 per case
5. Rush Report Retainer Fee: $4,000.00 per case
*(Rush Report is when report is due within 30 days or less from date of
completed Vocational Evaluation)
6. All retainer fees are due at the time of referral prior to commencement of any
services.
7. Depositions are scheduled for a minimum of two (2) hours ($850.00) .
8. Missed appointments and cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of an
appointment, deposition, or court appearance are billed at the time reserved.
