Our clients will now be able to easily identify the services and products Diaz & Company offers to our clients throughout California.
With the implementation of our online referral form, our clients will be able to easily and quickly submit vocational consulting referrals to Diaz & Company; thereby, allowing us to process and commence work-up on your workers’ compensation case as soon as possible. Our new website includes an online referral form for our Preliminary On-the-Record Ogilvie III Report.
