Frank P. Diaz to present at CWCDAA and CAAA events
Mr. Frank P. Diaz has welcomed the opportunity to present at two upcoming seminars this summer for both the defense and applicant communities.
He will be presenting at the California Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorneys’ Association (CWCDAA) Summer Conference in Las Vegas, California. The Conference is taking place on May 31st to June 3rd, and Mr. Diaz will be presenting with Jeffrey Fettner, Esq. and Mellissa Schafer, Esq. on Friday, June 1st regarding Vocational Strategies for Reducing Permanent Disability.
Mr. Diaz will present at the California Applicant Attorneys’ Association (CAAA) Summer Convention in San Francisco, California. The Convention is taking place on June 28th to July 1st, and Mr. Diaz will be presenting with Mark Gearhart, Esq. and Joe Waxman, Esq. on Friday June 29th on “Proving an Accurate Loss of Earning Capacity “Disability” With Vocational Expert Testimony Under Ogilvie III.”
